A programme for high achieving under-graduates from state schools across London, interested in a future career in the City. The scheme's participants will be drawn from established programmes which City companies currently run or participate in, which provide talented 'A' level students from diverse backgrounds with an introduction to working ilife in the City. The programme would operate through a website which would enable students to network and supporting firms to advertise their opportunities.
