A vegetable market garden scheme at Eden's nursery run and managed by people with physical and emotional difficulties. People and Gardens provides training with practical skills as well as helping build confidence and skills to help participants lead independent lives.

It can be extremely difficult for people with physical disabilities or behavioural problems to gain work experience and to find employment. People and Gardens gives a real opportunity for disadvantaged people in our community to make significant positive changes in their lives.
Solution
People and Gardens provides horticultureal training and practical skills to disadvantaged people. Since this group began it has helped more than 150 people make real improvements in their lives. Many people have gone on to lead independent lives, to study and to find work.
