Jewish Youth Movements, UJS and synagogue and community clubs provide outstanding experiences for young people throughout the year. Peer led programming helps develop the Jewish identity and social development skills of our young people. The UJIA provides core funding for the Youth Movements and UJS and makes major grants to the Synagogue bodies. Our Jewish Life Education Centre provides expert support, programme development and mentoring throughout the community. We are also major funders of key young adult programmes such as Limmud.

    Situation

The UJIA's strategy is designed to help guarantee a sustainable and postive future for the people of the Galil and the Jewish community of the UK. Our programme is built around young people and education, which we see as the key to securing our future. We believe that the future of Israel and the Jewish Diaspora are dependent upon each other and that the UJIA creates the living bridge between our communities.
