Housing with Care for a Mixed Faith community, offering 45 purpose built apartments for social rent with a care and support team on site 24-hours a day for older people in the South Leeds area. Specialist Dementia care as part of the service. We are delighted that Lady Getty has agreed to be the Honorary President of this £750,000 Appeal to enchance the quality of life for residents in this housing scheme and that Rev Dr Inderjit Bhogal and Sister Agatha Leach cj have agreed to be Appeal Patrons.

Situation
To provide services relevant to different faith groups including bespoke catering facilities to meet Kosher and Halal requirements, faith meeting, worship spaces and a range of other facilities for local older people from faiths represented in the community including Christians, Hindus, Jews, Muslims and Sikhs. The services are being developed in consultation with local older people and multi-faith groups to ensure that the development contributes to both the physical and spiritual well-being of prospective service users at the development. Funding is required for the provision of extra facilities including a sensory garden, a music room and computers amongst others to improve the quality of life for residents in this new multi faith housing with care project
