We know that most people,nearing the end of their life, would prefer to die in the comfort and security of their own home surrounded by family and friends. We know that our patients, with the correct support, want to be: • treated as an individual, with dignity and respect • without pain and other symptoms • in familiar surroundings

This Appeal would allow us to hire and support three full-time Hospice at Home nurses working alongside District Nurses, G.Ps and local Macmillan Clinical Nurse Specialists, supporting carers and allowing them to spend quality, worry-free time with their loved ones in their final days.
