    Situation

bibic provides, under one roof, a inter-disciplinary assessment and therapy service for children with acquired and genetic neurological conditions and specific learning difficulties. The one thing the families plead for is a simple break. The Imagine Centre will provide a break for families and their often overlooked other children, whilst bibic can undertake other therapies such as sleep management within a secure and welcoming specialist therapy unit of six beds. The Imagine Centre will offer 1) additional and improved therapy facilities so that we can reduce our waiting list and see more children 2) short break facilities so that parents and siblings can take a rare holiday together leaving their child in our expert care 3) specialist play facilities and a sensory garden for the enjoyment of children and families on our programme. We know there is a need. We have the vision, the space, the planning permission and the architects’ plans. We are ready to build but are on stop. The families are queuing to use the centre but we can not even build it yet. We need some serious help. We need to find around £2 million to make it happen. We have taken out a£750k loan as our commitment and just need an investor in families to come up with the balance of £1.02m.We're not greedy but realistic. Could you help? Even for part of this? We receive no state funding and rely on people just like you to carry out our work. Please help us, in any way you can, to realise our vision and invest in a brighter future for disabled children and their families.Be part of The Imagine Centre.
