Situation
In Nepal, we will continue to use the outdoors and wilderness areas as a catalyst for change, but will also develop a programme of job related training that will prepare young people to enter the jobs market with a portfolio of skills and experience. We will remain flexible and sensitive to Nepal’s cultural identity, and are working in partnership with Shtrii Shakti, and five other Nepalese partner organisations, to ensure our programmes are appropriate, sustainable and locally replicable.
