Situation
Working in partnership with the Keep Britain Tidy Campaign we are aiming to ensure that our beautiful market town is kept clean and tody both during and after our festival which attracts large numbers of visitors to the town. In running this project we hope to help educate people about their responsibilities for litter and the impact this has on the environment. Funding is sought to help contribute to the costs of volunteer recruitment, out of pocket expenses for the volunteers, printing of posters and banners to publicise the campaign etc. It is hoped that this will become a regular feature of future Riverside Festivals
