We are looking for funding for a member of staff to deliver the Worldof Work training. This training wll cover every aspect of being employed from how to send a application letter, what to ask on your first day to what to do if someone bullies or abuses you. The people we work with have physical and learning disabilities with dfferent learning styles and requirements. Whilst some of the training can be delivered in group sessions some will need to be one to one. We aim to deliver as much as possible via e learning therefore developing other skills whilst learning about the world of work. In addition to funding for a worker we also require IT equipment, some of which will need to be specialist, and training equipment. Please give strong consideration to our project, we have already proven that we can train people who have previously had no experience of employment to a level whereby they are able to attain a job. This training will enable us to help so many moe.
