Situation
Many remote schools and clinics in Zambia do not have access to clean, safe water. Besides walking great distances the communities have to draw water from contaminated, crocodile infested rivers. We build bore holes in areas, where there are no big organisations operating. Once funding is in place we have a team of trusted volunteers on the ground, who act promptly and efficiently. Each bore hole including pump costs £4200. We provide hygiene and safe water education. Water can be used for vegetable gardens and income generating activities. Safe, clean water is essential for a healthy life.
