FOOTBALLS NEEDED FOR SCHOOL TEAMS. The Butterfly Tree's aim is to supply schools throughout Zambia with footballs and net balls costing only £8 each.

With 100% of all donations going directly to the cause, The Butterfly Tree is appearing for donations to provide remote schools in Zambia with footballs. For just £8 a hard-wearing leather football, made in Zambia with an HIV/AIDS awareness logo, can be purchased. In rural schools many teams have to use a 'bag and string' footballs, made from compressed plastic bags tied with string. Sporting facilities are virtually non-existent in these remote communities. By adding the HIV/AIDS logo health education can be taught through sport. NO EXPENSES ARE DEDUCTED. £5000 will fund 625 footballs!
