    Situation

Sessions are run at the Living Space internet cafe and resource centre which is an accessible, youth friendly building in Waterloo. Over 150 young people access these services aged 10-21 years old over a 6 month period. We have a staff team who have a wide range of skills available to [rovide a holistic, client led service which can meet specific needs quickly and informally. Young people can get support in CV writing, job and education applications, work experience, one to one support and advice, sign posting to specialist services such as housing advice, access to the internet for recreation and study, help in letter writing, acess to telephone, fax, printing, photocopying etc We can support young people who need extra support with research, homework and basic learning skills in a relaxed learning environment which also encourages creativity and socialising.
