Anyone undertaking a renewal of a heating system or simply re-laying a kitchen floor needs to know of the potential dangers. This may be DIY enthusiasts or small scale tradesmen, neither of whom are likely to have ever received any training on the threat within the home.

We need to take this information out into the community and draw the public's attention to the issue with eye-catching and accessible materials. This project will involve displaying purpose built model houses which use projected images to highlight the locations that asbestos can be found in the average 20th century-built home. If people are better informed they are more able to make better choices when making changes to their home.
