The Water Survival Box is a humanitarian project to help those in need during times of natural disasters to have clean water and essential houshold items. The contents of the box includes a water filter and pump together with chlorine tablets sufficient to provide clean water for a family of four for 12 months. It is managed by the Rotary Club of Chelwood Bridge with the cost of a box being £150. During times of disaster all boxes are air lifted to the disaster zone so that those aid agencies on the ground are able to provide immediate assisatnce to those in need.
