The Oxford Vineyard Debt Centre, established through CAP UK, has a unique ‘hands on’ approach which empowers people to help themselves out of poverty and be released from the fear, oppression and worry generated by overwhelming debts. A quarterly support worker training programme will ensure that a team of volunteers will be available and equipped to help the Debt Centre work both practically and financially.
