Situation
Undertaking this project, we aim to standardise every aspect of the project development to produce an easily replicable model. We rescue street children, rehabilitate and then seek to resettle children either in their own extended family or through adoption. It's vital that we develop a campus model of working which will allow the charity to grow in a controlled and sustainable way.
