V-Day is a global movement to end violence against women and girls. In the UK V-Day empowers grassroots action and recruits local people to launch their own campaigns to raise awareness and stop abuse within their communities.

Solution
V-Day is an organised response against violence towards women. By recruiting volunteers to spread the message throughout their own communities we can reach more people and create change. By raising money and consciousness it will unify and strengthen existing anti-violence efforts. We hope that by raising awareness we will lay the groundwork for new educational, protective and legislative endeavours.
