The Fynvola Foundation has been set up to meet an urgent need, to provide nursing accommodation for 'Older Learnng Disabled' people as currently no such provision exists and generic homes are failing these most vulnerable people. We are able to supply, detailed evidence of need. Fynvola Foundation provides specialist residential high dependency nursing and palliative care for 15 older learning disabled people to the end of life. Residents are valued and treated as individuals. They can end their days peacefully in comfortable surroundings secure in the knowledge that they receive the best possible Nursing and Care. A range of social and day activities are available. One place is available for respite crisis situations and convalescence. The total cost of converting this project is £1,875,000 of which £550,000 has been donated and a loan of £935,000, leaving £390,000 to complete the work.£122,000 is needed to equip the home.
