    Situation

We are currently working with HIV positive migrants, refugees and asylum seekers and have so far served 74 different nationalities from Pan African and Caribbean communities. We have seen that there is a long waiting issues of dealing with HIV positive asylum seekers while working in our unique project Pan African & Caribbean Sexual Health (PACSH) project. We would like to conduct more study in the impact of legislations on HIV positive people and help improve the policy in the UK.
