    Situation

Young people face many obstacles in life that can trigger or worsen poor emotional health. These include bullying, anger, stress, anxiety, poor body image, bad diet, difficulties communicating, learning disabilities, etc. These issues can have a detrimental impact on an individual's confidence, social interactions, attainment, physical health, and life opportunities, such as entering gainful employment.

    Solution

Offering the chance to talk confidentially to impartial, trustworthy, experienced counsellors in a positive and nurturing environment we offer counselling so that young people may address issues affecting them. They are confident they will not be judged and gain support in understanding and identifying their feelings, the causes, and solutions or methods to cope. The overall objective is a positive resolution for each young person, improving their confidence, health, and community involvement.
