Nepal Earthquake Appeal

The worst earthquake in 80 years has hit Nepal, severely shaking the lives of 5.3m people. Buildings in Nepal have collapsed, and hundreds of thousands of people are left to sleep out in the open. We are on the ground working to provide emergency shelter, food and medical supplies.

A massive earthquake hit the Kathmandu valley causing devastation in Nepal. More than 4,000 people have been killed and the death toll continues to rise. Thousands more are in need of emergency support; they are sleeping on the streets in the open air.


ActionAid staff are on the ground providing emergency supplies to the most vulnerable including; dry food items, mats and tarpaulin , disinfectant kits for cleaning, dignity kits for women and first aid kits.
