Situation

Living with mental health problems and diagnosis can be challenging and many of the people we work with with suffer multiple discrimination due to the stigma of mental health. They can feel isolated and alone with their problems in their community and feel there is no where to turn and no one that understands their needs.

Solution

Through a programme of tailored support starting with a guided conversation, one to one counselling and access to a responsive peer support programme we will provide people with skills, knowledge, new social networks and improved confidence and self esteem to help them live well in their community and enjoy positive mental health.
