    Situation

Most young people from disadvantaged backgrounds don't have family or friends who work in professional and financial services, therefore, they don't have access to the support network or role models who can guide them through the transition from school to work into business and finance. We show them the incredible opportunities on their doorstep, and break down barriers to the professions by teaching them skills and behaviour that put them on an equal footing with their more affluent peers.

    Solution

Our free service will give young people, regardless of their background, the best possible chance of crossing the line into a paid internship or job. We are uniquely placed to link London state schools and corporates, working with over 200 schools and over 100 businesses per year. 91% of our candidates are from Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities, whilst 58% are female. The service will give any bright student with ambition the motivation and skills to get top grades and a great job.
