Small NGOs often lack the financial skills to work in an efficient, effective, sustainable and accountable way. There is very little affordable, good quality, tailored NGO financial management training available in developing countries and access to Mango training is often limited by cost and geography. Mango's free plain language self-study packs will assist staff in small NGOs to develop key financial management skills at their own pace that they can apply confidently in their organisations.
