We seek to serve those most in need, especially orphans and the vulnerable, in the most deprived areas of Swaziland, bringing healthcare, education and hope through self-help. This is done sustainably, within the community and local church rather than being dependent on outside help.
It ran from 12:00 PM, 27 November 2018 to 12:00 PM, 4 December 2018

The project seeks to care for those most in need; being the orphaned and vulnerable children and the elderly in remote areas where there are few or no facilities. Swaziland still has one of the highest rates of HIV/AIDs in the world, resulting in an orphan crisis. As there are few adults of working age, many children live on the streets and the elderly are left without care.
We train and equip leaders in poverty-stricken areas to empower their community to help their neighbours. This is achieved through building a community church, a preschool, a healthcare team, a feeding program for the children and creating sustainable businesses, such as farming and bee-keeping to produce honey, with a guaranteed market at a fair price for the produce. By training people to help themselves, they are empowered to progress and build better futures.
