Increase the level of educational attainment in BME communities. Reduce the violence on the streets of London– by increasing the peace and reducing post code conflict Build the much needed trust between black communities and Police and other criminal justice bodies

The VOYAGE approach is based on bringing 100 young people together from across 12-20 secondary schools from 5 London boroughs in an inspired programme designed to create leaders. In particular leaders that participate in policy formation fora, employment and training partnerships and through raised media awareness advocate for policy and procedural change. Our programme is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and VOYAGE programmes help young people think about their actions.
