Children with moderate Learning Difficulties often fall through the cracks. They are unable to fully participate in their mainstream social and academic setting, yet aren't eligible to benefit from the myriad of benefits which are part and parcel of a child with a 'statement of special educational needs' life, namely full ongoing professional assessment and access to all appropriate therapies.
Jigsaw/ Putting The Pieces Together solves their problem by providing these children with access to our Assessment Centre (Jigsaw). At Jigsaw the children benefit from a multidisciplinary assessment by an Occupational Therapist, Speech & Language Therapist and a Specialist Advisory Teacher. A support worker collates the findings and presents them to the child's school with all the necessary recommendations and put together a unique Individual Educational Plan.
