This will help the transportation of the tragic, vulnerable, traumatised children in our care. To build their self confidence the children attend Forest School and a variety of other extra-curricular activities which other children take for granted, as well as going on an annual Outward Bound holiday, camping trips , weekend outings etc. We also ferry them to and from home for the school holidays.

Buying a new people carrier will enable us to take all the children out at the same time. Currently we do not have enough vehicles to do this as one vehicle needs to be available for our Outreach staff to go to mainstream schools to train teachers to look after the challenging children in their classes by using our highly evolved specialist methods. We are keen to increase the use of low emissions vehicles around children, who are the most vulnerable to respiratory problems etc.
