Everyone should have the opportunity to experience adventure; irrespective of any financial, social, physical or mental disadvantage. 'Adventure for All' seeks to support people with disabilities, who would otherwise not be able to afford these experiences, to reach their full potential.

Situation

People with disabilities often cannot afford the same opportunities as their peers due to various financial pressures. Providing adventurous activities for disabled people requires a large amount of highly trained staff and specialist equipment such as hoists and adapted harnesses - which unfortunately comes at a cost. Many groups and individuals with disabilities can find this cost prohibitive therefore limiting their experiences and opportunities, and isolating them even further.

Solution

'Adventure for All' is a fund specifically ring-fenced to support the neediest people to experience activities they never dreamt possible. All funds raised are used to bridge the gap between what a person can afford and the true cost of an often life-changing adventure experience. Just £100 can provide a person with a week of inclusive, challenging activities in a safe and stimulating environment which they would otherwise be unable to afford.
