The Karis Project provides supported accommodation and floating support for young mums and their children, and single women aged 16-30. Our service users have been homeless and are overcoming areas of vulnerability including poor mental wellbeing, domestic violence or isolation.

Situation
The project provides accommodation and support to young women and their children who require additional support. Many of the women we support are fleeing domestic violence and need to make a new start for themselves and their children.
Solution
The women and children live in their own tenancy and support workers visit their home to provide practical help and advice.
