At Oasis Cardiff we have a very strong team of staff, who aim to offer our clients a warm welsh welcome as well as helping them to integrate within the community, and support them if and where we can. However, due to our high number of clients and limited funding we sometimes struggle to meet demands.

By increasing our team and training this would give our clients more time for one on one support increasing our chances of being able to help with certain issues or form filling. It would also allow us to offer community involvement or training days for our staff and clients.
