Patient numbers at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery have risen from 55,000 to over 130,000 in the past five years and this increase is set to continue. This will have a major impact on the reporting services provided by the Neuro Imaging Analysis Centre. Neuroradiology is a central part of the diagnosis and treatment of 29,000 patients each year, the results of which will determine their treatment pathway.

The new Neuro Imaging Analysis Centre will dramatically reduce waiting times and thereby improve patient care and clinical outcomes.
