Situation

With 1 in 4 people experiencing mental distress in any year there is high demand for independent and reliable information. Mental illness can shatter the lives of those affected and the lives of the people close to them, yet mental illness remains a taboo topic. Many people feel uncomfortable talking publically about their experiences and need a confidential environment to discuss their concerns.

Solution

The Mindinfoline offers a confidential and independent service to help people make informed decisions and take control of their lives. The dedicated helpline staff are trained to respond to the huge variety of mental health queries received daily with sympathy, understanding and authority. “I didn’t know which way to turn.. it has brought tears of gratitude ..to have someone treat me like a real person who matters.. it is much appreciated.” Mindinfoline email enquirer.
