    Situation

More than 4 in 10 teenage girls have experienced sexual coercion, over 30,000 young people access treatment for STIs every year & the UK has one of the highest teenage conception rates in Europe. Young people say they fail to receive clear & relevant information about relationships & sex at school or home so instead they self-educate. They try to gain insight from peers & the media, but are left either uninformed, misinformed, or confused. As a result, many make uneducated & damaging decisions.

    Solution

Instead of traditional, short-term solutions that merely address the biology behind sex, we offer engaging relationships & sex education to invest in the development of young people’s attitudes & their emotional & relational literacy. We will train, equip, resource & support youth practitioners so that they are able to confidently deliver age-appropriate, effective, & memorable workshops to young people in schools & other youth settings on self-esteem, relationships & sexual health.
