We despair at the inequalities in our society. People in the UK struggling on a low income - whether in low paid or insecure work, or currently out of work - face an uphill battle to achieve basic things. Such as seeing a way to meet daily living costs, or being able to afford a decent funeral for a loved one, or accessing support for mental wellbeing. QSA helps people to tackle these issues through practical projects, and in some cases uses its experience to push for strategic national change.

QSA uses income from supporters to identify unmet needs, research issues carefully, devise practical solutions and deliver services alongside people on low incomes, working in east London and nationally. We provide: - A unique national helpline for people struggling with funeral costs - Innovative programmes to help people understand and improve their own financial habits - Coaching and mindfulness to improve resilience - The UK's only supported shared housing project for young adult carers.
